Today we concentrated on comprehensions and the need for all students to actually READ the comprehension and understand the text before moving on to the questions. We have written a series of comprehensions where the answers cannot be lifted directly from the text but require a wider understanding and where the answers might not be found in a chronological fashion within the text.
