As we near the date of the transfer test – for us in Gloucestershire it will be Saturday 15th September – it is clear that the students who are enjoying the most positive support at home are in the best place.
Every student is individual and we all need to make sure that we identify those children who can cope with lots of extra work at home and those who will begin to feel pressured by extra practice papers.
We are keeping the lessons short and pressing home tactics for the actual transfer test on 15th September
